By enrolling in a payment plan, you agree to the following terms:

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your spot. This amount is included in the total retreat cost.

Installments: Once your deposit is paid, the office will contact you to set up your monthly payment plan. Payment plans must be completed by June 30, 2026

Early Payoff: You may pay off your remaining balance at any time before the final due date.

Late Payments: A $50 late fee will be applied to any missed payment. If two consecutive payments are missed, your reservation may be subject to cancellation, and standard cancellation policies will apply.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations before March 15, 2026: The deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations between March 16 and April  30, 2026: 50% of the total retreat cost is non-refundable.
Cancellations between May 1 and June 12, 2026: No refunds will be issued.
