What to bring

Just yourself. All crystal singing bowls are provided; there is nothing to prepare and nothing to carry in. Simply arrive as you are and let the day unfold.

What to wear

Dress comfortably. This is a day of presence and hands-on work; wear whatever allows you to feel relaxed, grounded, and at ease in your body.

Lunch – one thing we need from you

We'll break for a simple, clean, and delicious freshly prepared catered lunch during the day and you're warmly invited to join the group. Lunch is £15, payable on the day.

We do need to know in advance so we can prepare for everyone. If you'd like to join us, simply reply to this email.

If we don't hear from you, we'll assume you're making your own arrangements, and that's perfectly fine.
